Let’s start preparing these tasty sage spaghetti by boiling the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
In the meantime, heat the bowl where we will serve the pasta with boiling water and melt the butter with the broth or water in a saucepan. Then add the chopped sage and let it simmer for a few seconds.
At this point, pour the butter and sage into the hot bowl, add the lightly beaten egg yolk, the ricotta mashed with a fork and the grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
Drain the spaghetti al dente and pour them into the bowl. We mix quickly.
Add the thinly sliced raw ham and mix again to make the spaghetti with sage flavor well. We decorate with a few small sage leaves and serve immediately.
