First of all, to prepare the lady’s kisses, blend the almonds and hazelnuts with half the flour and half the sugar.

Then pour the mixture into a bowl and add the remaining part of the flour and the cocoa, previously sifted, the remaining sugar, the salt and the butter left at room temperature. Mix everything well and when the dough is tied, wrap it in a sheet of baking paper and let it rest for about 3 – 4 hours in the fridge.

At this point, cut the dough into pieces of about 5 g each and form small hemispheres with your hands. Let’s place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.

While they cool, melt the chocolate in a warm bain-marie; we will use it, therefore, to combine the lady’s kisses two by two.

If you use the digger, which is used to make potato balls, you will be able to have sweets all the same.
