First of all, to prepare the bacon croutons, remove the crust from the slices of bread. Then heat the butter in a pan and brown the croutons to make them crunchy.
We then cut slices of cheese of the same shape and size as the slices of bread; let’s arrange one on each crouton.
After cleaning, put the bacon slices in the same pan and cook them until they are crispy; finally arrange them on the croutons.
At this point we heat the croutons in the oven for a few minutes or in any case until the cheese has melted.
Our bacon croutons are now ready to be served.
