To prepare our chicken fillets with peas we flour the chicken first. So let’s put it in a pan where we have heated some olive oil and brown it well on both sides.
Take another pan, add a few tablespoons of vegetable broth (or cube) and let it heat up; then let’s put our fillets in them and wet them with a warm, sweet white wine that we will evaporate.
We lightly salt, add the raw ham and sprinkle with a little pepper. At this point, add the defrosted peas and cook everything for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the cream and the hot broth and cook everything for about 4-5 minutes in a covered pan. Finally add salt and serve after a few minutes of rest.
Our chicken fillets with peas are now ready to be served.
