First of all, to prepare the paprika shrimp, take a pan and heat a tablespoon of oil with the garlic, then add the prawns and let them brown quickly. Then add the onion, oregano, basil, half a tablespoon of parsley and finally the spicy paprika. We salt everything and blend with the hot wine; let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
When the prawns are cooked, transfer them, draining them, onto a serving dish. We flavor the sauce with sweet paprika, in case it should be necessary let it reduce over high heat for a few minutes. Then pour it over the prawns and sprinkle everything with the remaining parsley and oil.
Our paprika shrimp are ready to be served. We can accompany this dish with sweet vegetables such as carrots and potatoes.
