First of all, to prepare the scented bresaola, arrange the slices of bresaola on a large plate, trying not to overlap them too much. So let’s wet them with lemon juice and sprinkle the oregano with pepper; finally add the extra virgin olive oil. We leave everything to marinate for about ten minutes.
Take the tomato and peel it, divide it in half and remove the seeds before cutting it into small pieces, salt it lightly.
Finally, take the cheese and, after having cut it into thin slices, distribute it on the bresaola.
Our scented bresaola is ready to serve accompanied with rye or homemade bread. You can, if you like, add a handful of finely chopped rocket on the bresaola.
