First, to prepare the stuffed pizzas, roll out the puff pastry roll to a thickness of half a cm. We then cut out the discs with a stencil.

Then place the discs on a plate, previously lined with parchment paper, and season each with a spoonful of tomato puree. Salt the pizzas and put a slice of mozzarella on top without covering all the tomato.

We bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, let’s prepare the dressing we are going to add. We can indulge ourselves with sliced olives, capers, slices of sausage cut in half and more.

When cooked, remove the stuffed pizzas from the oven and season with the previously prepared ingredients.
